Coaching (also known as guiding) can be the ultimate tool in your toolbox!
Through implementing the Positive Impact ‘P.A.C.E.R. method’ you will partner with your coach to define and reach your goals. Facing up to key challenges and implementing learnings to create tangible action plans.
Coaching is an excellent accountability tool to ensure that your identified goals and habits are kept in focus every step of the way. Your coach will be your sounding board, your safe and objective person with whom to speak, your brainstorming partner, your motivator, and your partner in celebration as you begin to create your positive impact.
Weaving mindfulness principles and teachings into coaching sessions will support you on your journey. Clients are not required to have a regular mindfulness practice but are expected to approach coaching sessions with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
We work with committed, driven individuals and groups with a desire to create a better future.

The P.A.C.E.R. method
Specifically designed to support POSITIVE IMPACT clients with an end-to-end structure. The method has been used with clients from all walks of life and has supported wins every time!
You will start by understanding your perspective on your current situation we can uncover any roadblocks, limiting beliefs or challenges on your way to success. By following the rest of the process, you will learn to deal systematically with each obstruction.
How is coaching done?
Coaching and guiding is a sacred space between the client and coach. It is confidential, non-judgemental and open. Sessions can happen either in person or online.
Who are your coaches?
To ensure clients receive the highest quality coaching, our coaches have all undertaken comprehensive coaching certifications. This is in addition to years of experience and technical skills gathered too.
What coaching is NOT
Coaching is not therapy, counselling or psychology. Coaching is focused on your strengths not weakness and the future not the past. It is a commitment to forward thinking and forward actions and should not be mistaken for therapeutic intervention.
