THE BIO:

Hi, I’m Lindsay,

I am a passionate entrepreneur, guide, and coach. I began my entrepreneurial journey in 2007 when I opened a consulting company focused on the spa industry. We grew to include building, training, and empowering sales teams across a number of industries to become exceptional. Spas were opened, sales teams were trained, new brands and companies were launched, overall consulting was great and I added real value to the clients I worked with. What didn’t work for me was, when the contracts were completed, I couldn’t measure the impact. I couldn’t confirm if the changes were as a result of my direct contribution or if there were long-lasting shifts in the actual running of the companies and their management teams.

After a short hiatus to clear my head, I made the shift to coaching, or a hybrid thereof. Becoming a coach and entrepreneurial guide allowed me to work more with entrepreneurs on how they plan to grow their businesses. I studied Business Risk Management and Strategic Business Management and am an SFEDI certified Entrepreneurial Guide (Coach). After years of studying and practicing essentialism, I have brought this practice into my coaching to help focus on what is truly important and will have the greatest impact on achieving goals.

I have happily spent hours developing products and programs to suit the strategic goals of the clients that I work with and have worked with all types of businesses from rural entrepreneurs in Africa to large companies turning over millions per year. Regardless of the size of the company, there are common issues that most entrepreneurs face. Through our work together, I give entrepreneurs the tools and resilience to see and predict challenges and develop ways to address or avoid them. As a coach, I try to give the entrepreneurs I work with a super skill of being able to see around the corner, anticipate what’s on the horizon, and be strong enough, prepared enough, and confident enough to make it through.
