So why did someone with ten years of experience at Coca-Cola decide to launch a company helping purposeful people, companies, and non-profits build a better future? The answer is straightforward.

It was a pleasure collaborating with incredibly talented people and engaging in noteworthy projects such as Olympic Games, World Cups, and multi-million-dollar product launches. However, I knew that there had to be something else out there for me – a deeper purpose I am meant to fulfil.

My time at Coca-Cola proved to be invaluable, both personally and professionally. After leaving the structured environment of full-time education, I was learning more about my identity in this world. At Coca-Cola, I had a chance to learn various disciplines such as negotiation skills, communication techniques, marketing tactics and management strategies. Moreso than that – I made sure to take advantage of any courses offered by the company so that I could gain a better understanding of these fields and nurture myself for future endeavours

Throughout my various roles and experiences, I learned an invaluable life lesson: it’s not about me. The secret formula to success in life and business lies in the idea of community-developing, nurturing, and, most importantly honoring those around you. Learning how to effectively manage relationships with people has been integral in helping me reach every goal I have set out so far.

Here, I was first exposed to the art of facilitation. Later, I further sharpened my proficiency when delivering presentations and joint-planning sessions to senior leaders of some of the UK’s biggest companies.

After departing from Coca-Cola, I took a journey across the globe before eventually settling in Vancouver, BC. Canada. During my time there, Big Brothers and Red Cross have both benefitted greatly from my experiences with Coca-Cola, as I have worked diligently to pass on these invaluable learnings through all three of these organizations.

It’s no secret that Coke has reached its iconic status due to their success in staying ahead of the game. Countless businesses can take inspiration from them, using their strategies and tactics to bolster their own operations.
