A global network of businesses, individuals and organizations tackling our planet’s most pressing environmental issues.

1% For The Planet inspires businesses to take responsibility for the environment and donate 1% of sales to nonprofits that fight for social and environmental justice. Members are contractually required to report their sales and donations each year to keep them accountable.

A lot of companies say they are socially conscious, but we wanted to prove it! Through a combination of donations and pro-bono projects, we regularly give back to the community and the planet.

As a proud member of 1% for the Planet, POSITIVE IMPACT donates 1% of revenue to charity to further support positive change around the world.

1% for the Planet is a global organization that connects dollars and doers to accelerate smart environmental giving.

Started in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies, 1% for the Planet members have given more than $265 million to environmental nonprofits to date. Today, 1% for the Planet is a network of more than 4,000 members and thousands of nonprofit partners in more than 90 countries.
