Executive Coach & Business Strategist
Lindsay Davis
Working with leaders and entrepreneurs navigating growth, change, and the complexity that comes with building a business.
About Lindsay
Lindsay Davis is an executive coach, entrepreneur, and business strategist who works with leaders and entrepreneurs navigating growth, change, and the complexity that comes with building a business. She helps clients step back from the day-to-day, get clear on what really matters, and turn that clarity into practical action.
Her approach combines business strategy, leadership development, accountability, and a strong focus on the human side of running an organization. Lindsay has spent more than a decade working with entrepreneurs and leadership teams across the United States and South Africa, as a coach, an entrepreneur, a program leader, and an organizational strategist.
She has built and scaled her own coaching practice, led entrepreneurship and social impact accelerator programs, developed coaching methodologies and certification programs, and worked directly with entrepreneurs on strategy, sales, revenue growth, leadership, and business transformation. Underneath all of it sits a straightforward belief: meaningful business growth requires the leader to grow alongside the business.
Credentials and Certifications
How Lindsay Works
Lindsay is curious, direct, and highly engaged in the conversation. The aim is for people to feel both supported and challenged, which is a harder balance to strike than it sounds and is most of what makes coaching useful.
She asks a lot of questions, not to lead someone toward a predetermined answer, but because the right question can help a person see something they could not see before. She is equally comfortable on the human side of leadership and in very practical conversations about strategy, revenue, operations, teams, and execution.
The environment she creates is one where people can be honest about what is not working without feeling judged. From there the work gets specific. What is really happening? What do you want instead? What needs to change? And what are you going to do next?
Her background as both a coach and an operator shapes all of this. Lindsay has built her own business, coached entrepreneurs, led accelerator programs, developed coaching methodologies, managed teams and budgets, built strategic partnerships, and led organizational change. Clients should leave a session with greater clarity, a different perspective, and something concrete to act on.
Frameworks Lindsay Uses
Lindsay doesn’t rely on one rigid coaching framework. She draws from a range of approaches depending on what the client and the situation require. These are the areas she leans into most often.
Systems Thinking
Looking at the business, the team, and the leader as interconnected rather than treating challenges in isolation. Problems that look like a sales issue or a hiring issue often turn out to be a structural one, and naming that correctly saves a great deal of wasted effort.
- Interconnected View
- Root Causes
- Team Dynamics
- Whole-Business Lens
Strategic Thinking and Prioritization
Helping leaders step out of the weeds, identify what matters most, and make intentional choices about where to focus. A list of twelve priorities is a list of none, and a large part of the work is deciding what genuinely gets resourced.
- Out of the Weeds
- What Matters Most
- Intentional Focus
- Clear Trade-offs
Leadership Development
Exploring how a leader’s mindset, behaviour, communication, and decision-making shape the organization around them. The organization tends to mirror its leader more closely than most leaders expect, which makes this some of the highest-leverage work available.
- Mindset and Behaviour
- Communication
- Decision-Making
- The Leader Grows Too
Accountability and Action
Turning insight into specific decisions, behaviours, and next steps. Clarity that never becomes action is just a pleasant conversation, so sessions end with something named, owned, and dated rather than a general sense of progress.
- Specific Decisions
- Named Next Steps
- Follow-Through
- Real Momentum
Entrepreneurial Coaching
Bringing a practical business lens to strategy, growth, experimentation, and execution. Having built and scaled a business herself, Lindsay works from the operator’s side of the table as much as the coach’s, which tends to make the conversations more concrete.

- Execution

Experience and Reach
Lindsay’s experience spans a range of industries and organizational environments, from individual entrepreneurs to leadership teams working through organizational change, new ventures, evolving business models, and the development of stronger leadership and entrepreneurial capabilities.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes Lindsay’s coaching approach different?
Lindsay works as both a coach and an operator, which means she moves comfortably between the human side of leadership and practical conversations about strategy, revenue, operations, and execution. She doesn’t apply a single fixed framework, drawing instead on systems thinking, strategic prioritization, leadership development, and entrepreneurial coaching depending on what the situation calls for. Clients tend to describe the experience as being both supported and genuinely challenged.
What are Lindsay’s credentials?
Lindsay is a Certified Entrepreneurial Guide through SFEDI in the United Kingdom, and holds qualifications in Strategic Business Management and Business Risk Management from the University of Cape Town. She completed Equity Meets Design training in 2021, and has been recognized by The Coaching Foundation as both a Top Entrepreneur Coach and a Top Productivity Coach.
What kinds of organizations does Lindsay work with?
Her experience spans entrepreneurs and small business owners, early-stage and growth-stage businesses, social impact organizations, technology and innovation companies, consumer and luxury brands, professional services firms, and entrepreneurship accelerator and incubator programs. The common thread is leaders navigating growth or change who want to work on the business rather than only in it.
Does Lindsay work with individuals or with teams?
Both. She works one-to-one with entrepreneurs and executives, and with leadership teams working through organizational change, new ventures, or evolving business models. The individual and the team are connected, so work with a leader often surfaces something about the wider organization, and work with a team often surfaces something about how it is being led.
What should I expect from a session with Lindsay?
Expect a lot of questions, and expect them to be specific. Sessions move from what is really happening, to what you want instead, to what needs to change, to what you are going to do next. You should leave with greater clarity, a different perspective on the situation, and something concrete to act on rather than a general feeling of motivation.
How do I book Lindsay for coaching or facilitation?
The best place to start is a short conversation about what you or your team are working on. Get in touch here to share your situation, timelines, and goals, and we’ll follow up to scope an engagement that fits.
